Role: US FP&A Manager (Night Shift)

Role Overview
This role is a highly analytical and operationally minded FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis across the organization. This role will partner closely with leadership across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, E-Commerce, and Retail to drive financial visibility, accountability, and scalable decision-making.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth consumer brand environment and can translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes
- Build and maintain integrated financial models across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Develop rolling forecasts and scenario analysis
- Support annual budgeting process across all departments
- Analyze forecast vs. actual performance and identify key business drivers
Business Performance & KPI Reporting
- Develop and maintain company-wide KPI dashboards
- Monitor and evaluate:
- Revenue performance
- Gross margin,
- Contribution margin,
- Inventory metrics
- CAC
- MER
- Cash conversion cycle
- OPEX
- Deliver actionable insights to department leaders and executive management
- Support development of board, lender, and investor reporting packages
Operational Finance Partnership
- Partner cross-functionally with:
- Operations,
- Supply Chain,
- Marketing,
- E-Commerce,
- Retail/Wholesale,
- and Customer Experience teams
- Evaluate business initiatives, pricing strategies, promotional activity, and operational investments
- Support inventory planning, demand forecasting, and working capital management
- Analyze SKU profitability, channel profitability, and customer economics
Cash Flow & Working Capital
- Maintain rolling cash flow forecast
- Monitor liquidity, payables, receivables, inventory, and operational cash drivers
- Identify opportunities to improve working capital efficiency
- Support debt reporting and covenant tracking if applicable
Systems & Process Improvement
- Assist with ERP implementation, reporting automation, and finance systems optimization
- Improve reporting accuracy, scalability, and process efficiency
- Help establish standardized financial reporting structures and governance
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5–8+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance experience
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting capabilities
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
- Experience building integrated 3-statement models
- Strong understanding of:
- financial statements,
- cash flow,
- budgeting,
- variance analysis,
- and business KPIs
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred
- Experience within:
- DTC,
- beauty,
- consumer packaged goods,
- e-commerce,
- or omnichannel retail businesses
- Experience with:

- Shopify,
- Amazon,
- inventory forecasting,
- or BI/reporting tools
- Experience supporting high-growth environments
- MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus but not required

Skills Required
- 5+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, preferably with US entities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Oracle) and Excel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
