EduSmith, a key member of LEARN ecosystem, is a study-abroad consultancy staffed by advisors and teachers who have graduated from leading universities in the United States and United Kingdom. We deliver test-preparation courses and personalized guidance for students seeking admission to boarding schools, undergraduate programs, and graduate degrees overseas. Believing in each learner’s unique, long-term potential, EduSmith tailors every program to individual interests, abilities, and goals.
We're hiring an Admissions Consultant who believes great guidance can change a student's life. You'll work directly with high school students navigating the U.S. and U.K. college application process — helping them craft compelling essays, build standout profiles, and present their best selves to top universities. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about mentorship, thrive on seeing young people grow, and bring firsthand knowledge of admissions experience to top universities globally.
Join us and help students shape their futures.
- Application Counseling – Manage up to 15 U.S. application cases per year, owning each student's strategy from profile-building to final submission.
- Essay & Interview Coaching – Guide students through the full essay journey and run interview prep sessions that sharpen their narrative and build real confidence.
- Profile & Mentorship – Provide 1-on-1 mentoring on academics, activities, and passion projects that make students genuinely stand out.
- Program Innovation – Take ownership of high-impact initiatives — revamping skills coaching, improving medical counseling, or building out the online platform.
- Operational Excellence – Keep counseling programs running smoothly and uphold EduSmith's standards without needing hand-holding on execution.
- Bachelor's degree and/or Master’s degree from a top U.S. university (STEM backgrounds especially valued)
- Strong familiarity with U.S. and U.K. college admissions, with proven essay writing and coaching ability
- Exceptional interpersonal skills — you can mentor, motivate, and build trust with high school students
- Passion for personal development and experience leading initiatives, whether in organizations or personal projects
- ⭐ Bonus: direct experience in elite college admissions, working with high-achieving students, or a background in education (e.g. school counselor, teacher, academic advisor)
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree from a top U.S. university
