Role: M&A IT Project Manager (Consultant)
Duration: 9 months contract Remote
Location: United States
We are seeking a hands-on M&A IT Project Manager to drive a complex, multi-phase integration program. This role requires someone who can own execution, coordinate across technical and business teams, and keep multiple workstreams moving against critical milestones.
- Start Date: July 6, 2026
- End Date: March 31, 2027, with possible extension based on project needs
Ideal candidates will have strong IT project management experience (8+ years), preferably in M&A integrations or complex technology delivery programs, with strong planning, RAID management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communication skills. Please prioritize candidates who can lead parallel workstreams, operate in regulated or time-sensitive environments, and coordinate across infrastructure, cloud, collaboration, and end-user computing teams. This is not a coordinator role; we need someone pragmatic, organized, and execution-oriented who can drive delivery, escalate appropriately, and keep stakeholders aligned.
The role can be 100% remote but must be able to work EDT hours.
