URBN is looking for a Temporary Supply Chain Administrator to support the Supply Chain team with administrative tasks such as the following:
- Pull information from existing reports (Excel format) and enter into daily file for upload to our BI/data analytics platform (Qlik)
- Data will be comprised of domestic shipping milestones (dates)
- Ensure all data is available and accurate on a daily basis
- If data is missing, escalate to manager or reach out to forwarders to obtain the missing information
- Monitor inbound parcel inboxes daily and provide shipment authorization to vendors based on meeting routing guide and compliance requirements
- Other duties as assigned
- Maintain the daily flow of shipping milestone data from existing reports into our BI/data analytics platform (Qlik)
- Ensure data availability and accuracy on a daily basis
- Escalate and resolve missing or incomplete data through management or freight forwarders
- Monitor inbound parcel inboxes and provide shipment authorization to vendors per routing guide requirements
