This role is best suited for candidates with experience in IT services sales, especially in web development, mobile app development, SaaS development, or custom software services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and similar platforms
- Draft customized and professional project proposals based on client requirements
- Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and convert leads into projects
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and manage communication effectively
- Analyze project requirements and collaborate with the technical team to prepare suitable responses
- Maintain records of bids, responses, and project status
- Build strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business
- Track performance metrics such as response rate, conversion rate, and revenue generation
- Stay updated with freelance marketplace trends and competitor activities
- Participate in sales planning and contribute to overall business growth
