About the Team
The Zoom sales team drives success by delivering advanced communication solutions to clients across industries. They engage globally with passion and foster strategic partnerships. Their customer-focused

Responsibilities

  • Designing and architecting next-generation communication solutions; conduct demonstrations and proof of concepts for prospective customers
  • Leading solution design, selling activities, and RFQ/RFP response and preparation
  • Building and sharing competitive intelligence while working across multiple boundaries to drive the Zoom vision

What we’re looking for

  • 10+ years of technical experience in Collaboration technologies and 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles
  • Demonstrate business acumen, executive presence, and SaaS Collaboration sales experience (web conferencing, cloud voice, UCaaS)
  • Demonstrate In-depth knowledge of traditional voice communications systems and AI-capable applications
  • Communicate excellently with ability to present technical solutions clearly to diverse audiences
  • Apply end-to-end IT systems knowledge to customer solution design
  • Able to mentor team members, lead when needed, and thrive in high-growth environments

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$146,000.00

Maximum:

$319,400.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
