ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner who can own the full recruitment cycle, build real relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and help us grow a team of people who genuinely love what they do.
This role sits at the intersection of recruiting, employer branding, and culture - so if you're someone who treats candidates like humans (not pipelines) and gets excited about finding the right fit in a niche market, you'll thrive here.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions — Creative, Tech, Product, Liveops, UA, and Publishing — from sourcing to offer close.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to build hiring plans, align on candidate profiles, and move fast without cutting corners.
- Source proactively across channels relevant to Vietnam's tech and gaming talent market: LinkedIn, ITviec, Facebook communities, Discord servers, game dev forums, and beyond.
- Lead employer branding touchpoints — from how we write JDs to how we show up at industry events and online communities.
- Manage relationships with recruitment vendors and external partners, keeping quality high and spend accountable.
- Plan and run internal events and engagement initiatives that make the culture visible: onboarding sessions, team bonding, career talks, and more.
- Track hiring metrics, spot bottlenecks, and bring data-backed suggestions to improve the process over time.
SKILLS REQUIREMENT
- 2–3 years in Talent Acquisition or a closely related role, with hands-on full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Comfortable hiring across both technical and non-technical roles; experience in tech, product, or gaming companies is a real plus.
- A genuine interest in games, music, or creative tech — you don't need to be a gamer, but curiosity about what we build goes a long way.
- Strong interpersonal skills — you can build trust quickly, manage expectations honestly, and give feedback without ghosting people.
- Fluent in Vietnamese & English for working with international tools, partners, and JD writing.
- Organized and proactive — you follow through, track your open roles, and flag issues before they become problems.
- Experience coordinating internal events or cross-functional initiatives.
- Familiarity with Vietnam's gaming or mobile app talent landscape — you know where the community hangs out and who's who.
- Experience building or contributing to an employer brand from early stages (not just executing a playbook someone else wrote).
- Basic understanding of ATS tools or recruitment ops; comfort with data and simple dashboards.
- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment where the handbook doesn't always exist yet.
