Overview of the Role
The Unsecured Lending Product Manager is responsible for Vietnam unsecured lending product management strategies in coordination with the broader Product Management team to develop and execute overall product plan, drive innovation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sustainable unsecured lending business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Formulate business strategies in driving acquisition target by managing product development, marketing and sales channels performance.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis to review existing product features, policy, process and identify new areas for improvement.
- Implement product development from pricing, features design, product compliance to customer journey experience.
- Monitor and analyze unsecured lending performance and productivity for insights for business opportunities to maximize growth and profitability.
- Laise with relevant stakeholders to create product awareness and attract new signups.
- Develop, implement, track and analyze campaigns performance.
- Initiate/ lead/ play key role in digital, system enhancement, process optimization projects.
- Work effectively with internal units at both country and Group level.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Responsible for any ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5 years’ experience in Retail Banking or consumer finance industry.
- Deep understanding of key business drivers, local consumer lending market, consumer credit behaviour, and competitive trends.
- Analytical and possess strategic thinking skills, leveraging on data for product roadmap formulation.
- Business acumen with ability to review alternate courses of action and comprehend trade off decisions.
- Good stakeholder management skills and able to collaborate and work well cross-functionally.
- Excellent communication & influencing skills to align diverse teams like Risk, Credit, Operations, Sales, Business Analytics, Marketing, Compliance, Legal and engineering under common business goals.
- Self-starter and has strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills both written and oral.
