The Role

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking two Business Execution Consultants to serve in a change owner role coordinating and leading implementation activities supporting Unsecured Lending Operations (ULO).

In this role, you will:

  • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives

  • Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations

  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business

  • Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management

  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills and basic knowledge of organizational strategy and business execution

  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of projects and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience

  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Unsecured Lending Operations (ULO) business knowledge and experience

  • Experience with Unsecured Lending Operations (ULO) systems including Fiserv/FDR, Shaw, CACS, and ECaR

  • Strong problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management execution skills

  • Ability to plan and organize cross-functional work

  • Strong business partner relationship skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Experience working with Change and Project Management

  • Facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities

  • Ability to adapt during times of ambiguity and change

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
