  • Visual Quality Leadership: Elevate the overall visual quality of the team's output by establishing and executing high-quality lighting, material, and camera workflows.
  • Asset Translation: Translate complex engineering CAD and design intent into stunning 3D assets without losing the integrity of the original design or CMF (Color, Materials, Finish).
  • Agile Production: Manage multiple concurrent rendering and animation tasks in a fast-paced environment, delivering top-tier visual fidelity against varying program deadlines.
  • Orchestrated Experience: Ability to create high-quality animations that seamlessly integrate exterior, interior, and digital experience content through compelling visual storytelling. • Real-Time Rendering: Hands-on expertise with real-time pipelines in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • CAD Handling: Proficiency in prepping and optimizing Class-A surfacing and engineering data for photorealism.
  • AI-Enhanced Workflows: Integration of AI tools to drive pipeline efficiencies, accelerate pace, and scale high-quality output.
