POSITION SUMMARY
Position works alongside a rotational line to unload a variety of parts including playground decks. Great for someone looking to work as part of a team and takes pride in their quality of work.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Will check parts for physical defects.
- Unload parts from PVC line.
- Trim and touch up parts as needed to meet our internal quality standards.
- Assist other team members with lifting and moving heavy parts continually throughout the day.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
- Ability to handle repetitive lifting while using proper lifting techniques daily.
- Ability to work overhead, and stand up constantly throughout the day.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.

The target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs.
In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity. Additionally, for eligible full-time employees, we offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits; paid time off and paid holidays; 401(k) retirement plan and employee stock ownership plan.
