Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, management, patching, and troubleshooting activities for Red Hat, Oracle Linux , Openstack, Openshift virtulization , Red Haton LinuxOne operating systems, peripherals , system management tools and Exadata within test, development, QA, production, and DR environments
- Analyze and resolve problems associated with the operating system's servers, hardware, applications, and software.
- Detect, diagnose, and report UNIX related problems on servers.
- Participate in Unix Server Infrastructure projects
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
- Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting UNIX /Linux based environments.Openstack, Openshift virtulization ,(Red Hat(must), Oracle Linux, Red Hat on LinuxOne)
- Experience on operating system (Rhel, Rehhat CoreOS) and hypervisor (KVM)
- Experience with automation software (e.g., Ansible)
- Solid scripting skills (e.g., shell scripts,Yaml, Perl, Ruby, Python)
- Embracing one-team approach, able to be a strong team player
- Passion for quality and continuous improvement
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and motivation in a fast paced environment
- Strong desire for continuous learning and development in a self-led organization
- Ability to orchestrate multiple projects and priorities in alignment with current business objectives
- Enjoys addressing the issue holistically and creating end-to-end solutions
- Having an innovation perspective,
