What´s the job
The Manufacturing Centre in Kolding cover four different production flows with about 350 employees.
As Quality Control Manager for whole Manufacturing Centre, you will lead an area with approximately 20 employees, mixture with White Collar and Blue Collar. You will be responsible for a group of employees for different measurement tasks, a lab with different test equipment, and producing appropriate Q-Doc to customers. You also are required to lead / support the critical project which is relative with quality process.
In order to deliver superior customer experience, you:
- Manage and supervise the QC resource to fulfill the daily tasks in factory
- Take ownership on quality management system implementation and optimization
- Customer claim handling in system, coordinate the investigation and reply back
- Support on supplier quality management with data collection and audit
- Management on QC laboratory
- Assure that quality inspectors are well trained in support of their career development paths and the company's growth plans
- Team working with multiple interfaces across functions
- Continue improvement and LSS deployment in Q team
- Deliver the quality report by requirements
- Process owner on D365 implementation from QC model
- Support to find solution of Lotus Notes close down
- Leading the Q-Doc automation project
- Leading and drive the SPC project in factory
- Be member of factory management team
What you know
You have a background in quality management or similar. You are willing to accept challenges with positive thinking and team collaboration. Quality is Alfa Lava’s one of critical competitiveness. You are supposed to make decision base on data and facts, also have good communication with interface functions. Your experience comes from a larger industrial organization, with the responsibility for both white- and blue-collar workers.
