Responsibilities of an RN Unit Manager:
- Maintaining and restoring health of resident patients
- Acting as a main point of contact between residents and their families
- Addressing and preventing concerns from family members
Qualifications for an RN Unit Manager:
- Associate's degree or above in Nursing (ASN) or Practical Nursing Diploma required.
- Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN Licensure in the state of practice required.
- One (1+) years nursing experience required with prior Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred.

Moultrie Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 120-bed, Joint Commission accredited skilled nursing facility in Saint Augustine, Florida. It specializes in providing short-term rehabilitation and long-term care, offering services such as physical and occupational therapy, in-patient residential stays, and specialized programs including post-COVID-19 recovery and telemedicine.
