Leidos has an exciting opportunity for a Unit Deployment Manager (UDM). The selected candidate will provide a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities. Provides critical assistance in processing unit member deployments and maintaining necessary databases to include ARIS, ASIMS, DCAPES, DRRS, GDSS, JIANT, SOCRATES, SOIS and SMS. Serves as primary or alternate Contingency Operations Manager for Special Operations unit. Serves as an alternate Emergency Management Representative, Provides consultation, and advice to customer and/or company. Supports the client with other UDM and Ops Planning -related needs as requested.
Primary Responsibilities
- Reviews planning documents to determine deployment tasking. monitors, inputs, extracts, and interprets data in information systems.
- Prepares for and assists with all phases of deployments to include bed-down of forces. Maintains a close relationship with operations, logistics, and support organizations to enhance support of the combat mission.
- Analyzes and recommends requirements for forward movement of forces to support theater commanders.
- Tracks and schedules mobility training for unit members. Acquires and issues initial and deployment equipment.
- Builds and maintains mobility folders, accompanying members through the Personnel Deployment Function (PDF)
- Schedules and manages individuals as an Increment Monitor to support cargo through the Cargo Deployment Function (CDF) during exercises and real-world deployments.
- Arranges travel for deployers to and from monthly rotator departure and return locations.
- Able to flex schedule to support customer with operational requirements.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree is required and 10+ years of experience. Additional related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Demonstrated experience conducting analysis at a senior level within the last two years.
- Must possess a current DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance single-scope background investigation. TS with SCI eligibility accepted.
- Excellent presentation skills, organization skills, analytic skills, communication skills, problem solving ability, and attention to detail.

Pay Range:Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
