Experience
Minimum 4+ years of experience in MongoDB Core DBA Role and Responsibilities.

Mandatory Skills/Knowledge
- Relevant Experience with MongoDB database.
- Clear understanding of MongoDB Concepts and Architecture.
- Hands-on experience in MongoDB database technology troubleshooting in a high-pressure production environment.
- Involved in MongoDB Cluster prod environments that includes adding and removing cluster nodes, cluster capacity planning, Installation, Upgrading, performance tuning, cluster Monitoring, Troubleshooting.
- Installed and configured multi-nodes fully distributed MongoDB cluster.
- Decommissioning and commissioning the Node on running cluster/existing cluster.
- Understanding of MongoDB cluster management by using Ops manager and commands.
- Understanding MongoDB replication/Backup & Recovery.
- Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams
- Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems.
- Experience working with Unix, Linux server.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Mentor and team builder. Reliable, hardworking, self-motivated, able to work independently or as a team member with the ability to meet deadlines. Adoption attitude based of situation.

- Prepare SOPs, Gather Asset information and create architecture diagram.
- Prepare operational Manuals.
- Provide recommendation for service improvement.

Any Associate level Cloud certifications from the proposed CSP.

Skills Required
