Service Lines/Domain/Foundation: Engagement

Reports to: CDIO – PC & HC Greater Asia  

Scope: PCHC Greater Asia

Location: Vietnam

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

This role will collect BU’s digital demands to provide the right products to support the BU’s digital portfolio in Customer Development & Customer Operations functions.  To ensure that UniOps is aligned to BUs own prioritisation and to support adoption and effective use of specific functional products.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Provide functional product expertise for the entire BU Share white spaces from BU to product domains/families Share white spaces from global Functional Areas to relevant product team Support the platform team to assess a new product to attend the BU scope Support the platform team to assess a new product for global Functional scope (Ex: TIER 2 CRM) Develop, execute and continually improve tech innovation, data driven and AI capability and training within the BU Support the BU with the project Ideation Support the BU Functional teams with the project ideation Negotiate the outages with the BU (Ex: B2C, B2B) Negotiate the outages with the BU Functional teams (Ex: SAP, OTM, CRM, TPM) Escalate critical incidents with business impact numbers (impact in turnover, make, invoices authentication/generation) to product owners

Necessary Experience & Qualifications  

  • Change Management experience
  • Should have  experience in leading Customer Product Engagement and Deployment in one of the BU
  • Must have Product Engagement experience on Customer Domain and implementing CSP Accelerator or CBD programs in a BU
  • Should have experience delivering on running insights on Customer Development using tools like NRM, Pricing, Helix etc.
  • Critical Strategy thinking - Should manage OKR, Performance and working collaboration with Product teams
  • Should understand Deployment of Customer Tech and aligning to BG priorities - must have experience in embedding CD Tech to business / market teams
