Role Purpose
At Unilever International, we are looking for a Brand Coordinator LATAM to help drive the execution of marketing strategies across our brands in the region.
This role is ideal for marketers with a strong foundation who are motivated to grow in brand building, innovation, integrated campaigns and digital marketing, while working in a fast-paced, regional and collaborative environment. Includes all PAs, EAs, Budget only assistants, and those processing marketing administration only (not involved in running marketing projects).
Key Accountabilities & Impact:
Own the execution of brand strategies across multiple LATAM markets.
Lead key marketing initiatives including campaigns, launches and integrated plans.
Influence commercial outcomes through strong marketing delivery.
Act as the brand point of contact for agencies, local teams and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Execution
Execute brand strategy and marketing plans for the assigned markets.
Localise global platforms and campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and local relevance.
Set brand priorities by market, aligned with business objectives.
Act as brand owner for key initiatives within the portfolio.
Consumer & Performance Insights
Support the analysis of consumer insights, market data and campaign performance.
Contribute to performance reporting and tracking of core marketing KPIs.
Identify learnings and opportunities to optimise future plans.
Innovation & Launches
Lead product launches and innovations from planning to in-market execution.
Co-create value propositions, key messages and communication plans with agencies.
Ensure excellence in execution across all touchpoints (ATL, digital, e-commerce, trade).
Integrated & Digital Marketing
Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, digital, social and e-commerce.
Lead digital activations including content, influencers and brand partnerships.
Manage marketing investments with a focus on impact, efficiency and performance.
Agency & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Manage day-to-day collaboration with creative, digital and media agencies.
Ensure timely delivery of materials and alignment on timelines.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain).
Basic Financial Management
Track and manage the marketing budget for assigned brands.
Ensure accurate spend control and basic ROI tracking.
Support the development of business cases and investment assessments.
Required Qualifications:
Experience
4–6 years of experience in Marketing or Brand Management.
Proven experience delivering campaigns, launches and brand initiatives.
Experience in FMCG or fast-moving consumer categories is a strong advantage.
Comfortable working with agencies and multiple stakeholders.
Advanced, fluent English.
Skills
Strong understanding of the marketing mix and digital marketing.
Project leadership and decision-making capability.
Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
