What do you need to get this position?
Technical Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in commercial software development projects
- Proficiency in acceptance, exploratory, and regression testing
- Hands-on experience with API testing using tools like Postman or Insomnia (RESTful and SOAP methods)
- Knowledge of DevTools and browser debugging tools
- Ability to write clear, concise bug reports and comprehensive test cases
- Familiarity with test management tools (e.g. Jira, TestMo)
- Solid understanding of defect management, including tracking, prioritizing, and verifying bugs
- Ability to identify and document technical debt across the project lifecycle
- Experience testing complex systems with external dependencies
- Basic SQL skills to verify data integrity and ensure data quality
- Familiarity with databases and tools for data inspection
- Familiarity with performance and load testing concepts (e.g. k6, JMeter)
- Experience with log analysis tools such as Grafana or similar
- Basic knowledge of Git
- Experience with cross-browser compatibility testing
- Ability to discuss implementation details with developers (frontend/backend)
- Very good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and risks in software behavior
- B2+ level of English & Polish (written and spoken)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiarity with Gherkin syntax or BDD practices
- Knowledge of QA metrics and reporting practices
- Experience in defining/refining requirements and business goals
- Ability to create use case diagrams or process documentation
- Basic knowledge of test automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Playwright, or similar)
- You will help deliver high-quality software that meets real user needs and business goals
- You ensure that software features address the right problems and deliver value
- You’ll work closely with Product Designers, Developers, and Agile Project Leads a daily basis
- You’ll embrace Agile methodologies and contribute to a true Scrum process
- You’ll plan and manage your own tasks in a supportive, self-organizing team
