  • Configuration and administration of enterprise telephony environment
    • Cisco Webex Calling
    • Cisco Webex Control Hub
    • Cisco IP Phone endpoints and accessories
    • Voice circuits (SIP, POTS, PRI)
    • Voice gateways (Cisco UBE)
    • Dictation system
    • RightFax Enterprise system
  • Configuration and administration of enterprise instant messaging & presence environment
    • Cisco Webex Messaging
    • Cisco Webex Messaging integrations & apps
  • Configuration and administration of enterprise telepresence environment
    • Cisco Telepresence Endpoints
    • Cisco Webex Control Hub troubleshooting & reporting
    • Associated Telepresence room A/V technology
      • ClickShare, amplifiers, HDMI extenders, microphones, TV displays, TV mounts, etc
  • Configuration and administration of enterprise collaboration platforms
    • Cisco Webex Suite
      • Cisco Webex Meeings
      • Cisco Webex Calling
      • Cisco Webex Messaging
      • Cisco Webex Webinars
      • Cisco Webex Events
      • Cisco Webex Video Messaging (Vidcast)
      • Cisco Webex Polling (Slido)
      • Cisco Webex Digital Whiteboarding

  • Configuration and administration of enterprise contact center technologies
    • Nice inContact UserHub
      • Configure and administer user accounts and access, create skills and campaigns, manage standard reports, create custom reports, and other administrative functions.
    • Nice inContact Studio
      • Create custom call flows using the native scripting tool leveraging basic programming methods including arrays, if then else statements, assigning values to variables then calling variables later in the call flow to automate call routing and trigger automated processes.
    • Nice inContact Workforce Management
      • Configure and administer forecast creation, managing standard scheduling templates and standard/non-standard working days.
    • Nice inContact Customer Satisfaction Surveying
      • Configure and administer the custom survey tool including creating/updating questions, ratings, and reporting.
    • Nice inContact Quality Assurance
      • Configure and administer QA system including managing and maintaining custom QA forms, reporting, and end-user application installation and configuration. While maintaining secure confidential call and video recordings
    • Produce and maintain call flow documentation and SOP manuals for all of the enterprise contact centers.
    • Collaborate with contact center stakeholders to develop technological solutions to fulfill the needs of the business.
    • Provide end-user support for all contact center technologies

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelors degree or comparable experience in a related field in Management of Information Systems, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience configuring, administering, and troubleshooting UCC environments.
  • Working Knowledge of the following:
    • Cisco Webex Collaboration Suite
    • Cisco Telepresence
    • Call Center Technologies & Scripting
  • CCNA/CCNP Collaboration preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel
    • Ability to communicate effectively with team members
    • Ability to communicate effectively with management
  • Team player
  • Eager to learn and progress in technical skillset
  • Organizational skills
    • Ability to set and adhere to realistic deadlines
    • Must be able to work effectively in stressful situations
    • Ability to manage time and workload effectively
    • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex network issues
    • May be required to conduct presentations to IT management
