Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Unified Collaboration Specialist to join our team. In this role, your primary function will be providing implementation support and maintenance of our Slack ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across various platforms and customer workflows.

 

• Manage and optimize existing Slack Enterprise Grid platform

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Slack and its integrations with 3rd party applications.

• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate integrations with other business applications and platforms.

• Provide technical support and training to end-users on technologies.

• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in unified communications and recommend improvements.

• Participate in projects related to the implementation and upgrade of collaboration systems.

• Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure optimal functionality and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in Unified Communications or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of Unified Communications platforms.

• Expertise in VoIP systems and cloud-based collaboration tools.

• API integration experience a plus.

• Experience with Cisco Webex messaging and meetings a plus.

• Solid understanding of network infrastructure and its impact on collaboration systems.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Proven experience in project management and implementation of collaboration tools.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
