The Unemployment Hearing Consultant Lead will assist clients in preparing for unemployment hearings by coaching them on requirements, helping prepare documents, and providing witness guidance. This role will also coordinate the workload for the Unemployment Hearing Consulting (UHC) team as needed, offer guidance and mentorship to UHCs, and manage UHC caseloads when necessary.

Provide assistance to clients in preparation for unemployment hearings.
Coach clients on unemployment hearing requirements and assist in preparing documents
and providing witness guidance.
Provide guidance and mentorship to UHCs and handle UHC caseloads as needed.
