- Provide day-to-day support to underwriters in the evaluation and management of reinsurance submissions, renewals, and endorsements.

- Provide general office administrative support, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and managing calendars.
- Handle routine correspondence and maintain organized filing systems.
- Assist with expense processing, invoice tracking, and basic operational support in coordination with finance and HR.
- Ensure office supplies and resources are adequately maintained.
- Act as a point of contact for visitors and general inquiries.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–3 years’ experience in an underwriting support, operations, or administrative role within insurance or reinsurance.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in broker-facing interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products, and familiarity with underwriting or data management systems.
- Basic understanding of reinsurance structures, terminology, and documentation is advantageous.
- Proactive, dependable, and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced small team environment.
