Essential Job Functions
- Under control and supervision, assists underwriters in servicing new and existing accounts
- Assist underwriters with managing and completing the electronic underwriting files
- Books accounts, prepares endorsements and binders, evaluates new and renewal policies and endorsements, prepares and issues manuscript policies
- Services accounts including resolving agents' inquiries, requests, and policy processing activities within guidelines, gather and organize specified information and reports to assist in the underwriting decision
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in an administrative support capacity
- Detail oriented; Attention to quality/accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workflows efficiently
- Ability to work independently, at times, but also as a team in a group environment
- Professional demeanor in verbal and written communications internally and externally
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and similar applications
- This job is for an existing position.
- The salary range for this role is between $50,000.00 and $65,000.00
