Job Duties

• include issuance of quotes, endorsements, and cancellation notices.
• In-bound and outbound calls with agents, clients, and brokers.
• Response to submissions, e-mails, messages within timely manner.
• Assist business individuals and/or teams responsible for preparing binding documents.
• Maintain updated documentation.
• Manage and coordinate the filing of documentation as it relates to policies.
• Follow up with customers to insure accurate records.

Education Requirements

• Associates Degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and computer skills required.
• Must be highly organized, detailed oriented and have excellent time management skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
