This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the internal operations of the assigned area within the department of Business and Network Development. This position is responsible for planning and developing business objectives, establishing budgetary information, and includes responsibility for the human resource operations of the assigned area. This position is responsible for developing digital health business plans by using goals and objectives for each program, applicable historical information and other available resources in order to align programs with expectations of sponsors and stakeholders. The incumbent represents the organization to the organization’s customers, the public, governmental organizations and other external sources and acts as a catalyst between the department and its customers, and staff, to ensure continuity and quality of service and care. This position does not have any responsibility for providing direct patient care.

- Four (4) years of progressively more responsible leadership experience.
- Master's degree in a related area, or the equivalency.
- Digital Health or Telehealth experience.
