Employment Opportunity

We’re looking for an Unarmed Special Resource Officer who will serve as a customer service champion and support one of the fastest growing, most established technology startups in the world.  The ideal candidate is approachable, caring and one who can enforce safety and security standards.  Our client is looking for someone who will help instill a fun, welcoming, safe, and secure environment for all of their employees and guests. A strong candidate has a strong understanding of inspections protools, quality standards and safety regulations. The best candidates will be incredibly personable and outgoing, culturally attuned, adaptable, and assist others with kindness and respect.  The Unarmed Special Resource Officer will be fully trained in customer service as well as all necessary security measures; they undergo 80 hours of comprehensive training in wellness procedures and security techniques, including threat detection, de-escalation and response.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• Speak, read, and write English
• Shall possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalency
• Minimum 1 year Supervisor security or related experience
• Valid Driver’s license
• Highschool Diploma
• Own personal vehicle
• 21 years of age or older
• Flexibility to cover all posts in assigned market

Expected Responsibilities:
• Meets requirements of all subordinate security positions
• Conduct Site inspections 
• Establish relationships within customer organization and support the site supervisor to 
deliver high quality services to customers
• Actively contributes to customer satisfaction
• Demonstrates working knowledge of Client Affiliate location operations, including security 
procedures, policies, and regulations related to the execution of security services at the 
locations
• Accountable for the quality of all deliverables
• Support site supervisor at Client Affiliate location during normal and emergency operations, 
including:
• Ensures that security staff are prepared for shift duties, including ensuring all posts are 
staffed for every shift
• Identifies improvements to delivery and execution of security services
• Develops staff in both technical and professional skills, including ongoing refresher training 
for all guards throughout calendar year
• Evaluates effectiveness of security staff response, knowledge, and competency
• Resolves issues in a timely manner
• Demonstrates ability to resolve conflicts through de-escalation techniques
• Demonstrates ability to represent Supplier in the absence of the Site Security Manager
• Demonstrates knowledge of practices in the security industry
