We are seeking a skilled Umbraco .NET Developer to join an exciting modernization initiative for a leading U.S.-based creative experience agency. The company is undergoing a large-scale digital transformation, shifting from a traditional marketing services provider to a technology-driven partner that delivers integrated creative, data, and digital solutions.
As part of this transformation, they are modernizing several high-profile websites and platforms (including those in automotive, logistics, and food industries) to deliver more engaging, scalable, and user-friendly digital experiences. Their modernization efforts also include the launch of a proprietary Customer Experience Portal (CXP) with AI-driven insights, enhanced digital asset management, and improved workflows to better serve their clients.
This role provides the opportunity to contribute to complex, high-visibility projects where Umbraco is at the core of the digital ecosystem. You will collaborate with designers, product managers, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance performance, security, and usability.

- A new technology stack to deliver seamless, secure, and scalable digital experiences.

This is a unique opportunity for an Umbraco .NET Developer to play a hands-on role in shaping a large-scale digital transformation with significant impact across industries.
Key Responsibilities- Custom Development: Build, customize, and maintain websites and applications using Umbraco CMS, C#, and ASP.NET MVC.
- Front-End Development: Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, accessible web pages with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Integration: Develop APIs and integrate third-party services to extend Umbraco functionality.
- Optimization: Enhance website performance, ensure security, and follow best practices for SEO and web accessibility.
- Maintenance & Support: Provide ongoing support for existing Umbraco sites, including troubleshooting and upgrading.
- Collaboration: Partner with designers, content managers, and product stakeholders to align development with business goals.
- Leadership (Senior roles): Lead Umbraco upgrades, refactor code, and define development strategies within modernization projects.
- Strong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET.
- Expertise in Umbraco CMS architecture and customization.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with ASP.NET MVC and SQL Server.
- Proficiency with Git or other version control systems.
- English proficiency.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
