Position Summary:
Provide quality-imaging studies using diagnostic ultrasound as prescribed by the physician on all-patient types, ages and medical conditions using established standards and procedures. Reviews studies for quality and accuracy while documenting what is visualized.
Educational Requirements/ Qualifications:
High School Graduate or Equivalent; Graduate of an accredited program in Ultrasound or Radiologic Technology with experience in Ultrasound or Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology with appropriate on the job training. Experience is preferred. American registry Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or eligible; American Registry Radiologic Technology (ARRT, R) or eligible with appropriate on the job training in ultrasound; CPR certification within 3 months of hire.

Salary Range:
$34.00 - $47.99 per hour
Skills Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited ultrasound or radiologic technology program (or radiologic technologist with appropriate on-the-job ultrasound training)
- Experience in ultrasound
- ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) certification or eligibility, or ARRT(R) certification or eligibility with appropriate on-the-job ultrasound training
