Business Development Manager (IT services)

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and creative professional who thrives in a dynamic

environment. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in acquiring and developing new business

opportunities in the staff augmentation domain. You will build strong customer relationships,

identify key opportunities, and close deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of market

trends and conditions.

Responsibilities:

● Cultivate and strengthen business relationships with key decision-makers to enhance

staff augmentation services.

● Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver tailored, innovative solutions to

customers.

● Develop market strategies by researching and targeting high-potential prospects in the

staff augmentation space.

● Collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs with service delivery.

● Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or a related field.

● 3+ years of proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within the IT

industry.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate

value propositions.

● Strong organizational and time-management skills.

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

● A sole outbound salesperson is needed, and they must know the end-to-end sales

process from lead generation to deal closure.

● Relevant IT service-based industry experience is required.

● It should be a local for Ahmedabad.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or a related field
  • 3+ years proven experience in sales or account management
  • Experience within the IT industry
  • Relevant IT service-based (staff augmentation) industry experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure (sole outbound salesperson)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Must be local to Ahmedabad
