About the job
You will report to the UKG Team Lead, as experienced UKG Solution Consultant you will be part of the team responsible for supporting and maintaining UKG time management systems, as well as customer support activities (guidance, consultancy etc.). Working with well-known multinational customers you will ensure that the service provided by STRADA is accurate and timely. Responsibilities will be focused on UKG time management systems, as well as customer support. 
In this job you will work in a fast-paced collaborative environment, and familiarise yourself with other workforce management tools and platforms. There will also be plenty of learning and development opportunities.

  • Contract: Permanent
  • Remote working support, up to €50 net/month (will depend of the nr. of days/week you work remotely)

Your main responsibilities

  • Translating business requirements into technical specifications and design. 
  • Building, modifying, and supporting all the configuration of the tool: pay rules, accruals, request manager…
  • Troubleshooting errors via pay rule analysis. 
  • Managing configuration migrations. 
  • Supporting UKG device management. 
  • Utilize UKG standard reports such as HyperFind. 

We will be a perfect match if you have

  • Minimum 2 years experience in implementing and configuring UKG workforce management solutions, as well as troubleshooting and resolving UKG system issues. 
  • Knowledge of UKG configuration tool: Pro WFM
  • Relevant UKG certifications: Pro WFM certifications.
  • Fluent French (C1 level min.) and fluency in English. Other European languages is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
