Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced specialist in compliance and reporting Tax Manager for our fast growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing UK tax data and compliance processes and have the opportunity to develop their AI skills by leveraging technology and AI to optimise and run these processes.
We are focussed on providing advice to CEOs and CFOs and that provides an opportunity for stand out advisers to make a real difference for clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with market energy and drive to focus on their strengths in a lean and agile organisation.
Responsibilities
Preparation of UK corporation tax compliance supported by AI and technology including the preparation and submission of tax returns.
Support the development and implementation of strategies to optimise tax compliance processes using technology and AI.
Collaborate with the Senior Manager and Tax Compliance Leader to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Provide advice and guidance on UK corporation tax compliance matters to the wider delivery teams.
Stay up-to-date with changes in UK tax laws and regulations, and ensure the company's compliance practices are aligned with these changes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other. A professional certification (e.g. ACA, ACCA) is preferred.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in tax compliance, with a focus on UK corporation tax.
Strong knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations.
Experience with technology and AI in tax compliance processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
