UK - People Ambassador

We are seeking a People Ambassador to collaborate closely with our colleagues, providing essential support and care.

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday // 09:00-17:00 (occasional weekend work and flexible for some evening/night support)

Salary: £30,000

Location: Shirebrook, NG20

Role of a People Ambassador:

• Actively promoting health and wellbeing initiatives across the workplace
• Identifying and addressing any early signs of health or wellbeing concerns among colleagues
• Encouraging an inclusive, supportive environment by fostering open communication and collaboration
• Acting as a liaison between employees and management to highlight workplace challenges or opportunities for improvement

As a People Ambassador, you will need to have:

• Experience working in customer/people care functions
• Experience in conflict resolution or managing sensitive conversations in a professional setting
• Experience working in a warehouse environment is desirable
• Confidence to acknowledge when help is needed and start the conversations for support/changes
• Excellent communication skills
• An understanding of workplace diversity and inclusivity principles
• A commitment to fostering a culture of care and respect in the workplace
• Confidence to work with large numbers of people + management of all levels
• Flexibility in working hours/days
