Your Impact

As General Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the UK business — leading strategy, commercial growth, and operational delivery. You’ll inspire cross-functional teams, strengthen key customer relationships, and build the foundations for sustainable scale.

You’ll have the platform and autonomy to make strategic decisions while being part of a global leadership group driving innovation across mobility, payments, and digital solutions.

What You’ll Bring
  • Senior leadership experience with full P&L accountability in a scaling tech, SaaS, payments, or mobility environment.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise and B2B sales, contract structures, and long-term customer partnerships.
  • Track record of building and scaling cross-functional delivery and commercial teams.
  • Proven ability to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and service excellence.
  • Success in leading organisations through rapid growth and transformation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with executive-level presence.
