We are looking for a passionate Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team.
💪🏻 What You'll Do
As a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients. You will take the ownership of the UK market and help us uild it from scratch. Your main focus will be to build relationships and create opportunities for the Sales team. Your responsibilities will include:
Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) using tools like LinkedIn, Google Maps, and our internal AI lead-generation platform.
Outreach: Conduct high-volume outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to engage leads and introduce them to Genesy AI’s value proposition.
Qualifying Leads: Ask the right questions to qualify leads, understand their pain points, and determine their fit for our platform.
Booking Meetings: Schedule discovery calls and demos for the Sales team, ensuring a seamless handoff with context and key information.
CRM Management: Keep all activities and lead details organized in HubSpot CRM to maintain accurate records and ensure follow-ups are timely and effective.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align on messaging, campaigns, and strategies to optimize outreach performance.
Feedback: Share insights from conversations with leads to inform product improvements and marketing efforts.

Willingness to work from a Barcelona-based office 5 days a week (with flexibility when needed).
📍 Barcelona-based or open to relocating to our vibrant city.

- Fluency in any of the following languages: Spanish, German, Italian.
Experience in SaaS or B2B sales.
Experience with prospecting tools like HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach tools.
