Responsibilities:
- Sales strategy: Execute a developed UK-wide sales plan, identifying key growth opportunities to exceed revenue targets.
- Client engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, offering tailored staffing solutions that meet their unique needs.
- Lead generation: Drive lead generation through cold calling, networking, and industry events to consistently qualify new opportunities.
- Business development: Identify and close new business opportunities within warehousing & logistics, food & drink, and automotive & manufacturing sectors across the UK, delivering compelling sales presentations.
- Market insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to refine sales strategies.
- Travel across the UK: Travel across the UK to meet clients, attend industry events, and build relationships that drive business growth.
- Reporting & forecasting: Provide regular updates on sales progress, revenue forecasts, and insights to senior leadership.
A successful candidate will have:
- Proven expertise in selling staffing solutions, either within warehousing & logistics, food & drink, automotive & manufacturing or related sectors in the UK.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a strong ability to build lasting relationships and close high-value deals.
- Embraces technology and AI, recognising their transformative power to innovate and drive progress in the staffing industry, with a willingness to consistently learn and sell new products.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, consistently exceeding sales targets and capitalising on performance-based incentives.
- Willingness to travel extensively (25% - 50%) to meet clients and generate new business across the UK.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to sales and business development, always seeking new opportunities.
- B2B SaaS sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
