Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the site, managing a team of 50+ workers to meet productivity and safety targets.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, maintaining zero lost-time incidents.
- Coordinate workforce scheduling to achieve 100% shift coverage and optimize labour costs.
- Liaise with clients and internal departments to meet service level agreements and client expectations.
- Champion adoption and usage of our product platform with team members, workers and clients.
- Conduct performance reviews with staff, providing coaching and support to help them meet their targets
- Supervise the accurate processing of rotas, holiday bookings, and absence tracking
- Support the onboarding, development, and engagement of workers on site
- Act as the key point of contact for all operational matters related to the account
- Lead weekly meetings with site managers and recruiters to review operational performance (e.g. absences, KPIs)
- Maintain excellent working relationships with client representatives and internal departments at Job&Talent
- Provide regular updates and reports on KPIs and service performance to internal and external stakeholders
- Investigate and respond to any service complaints, ensuring resolution and follow-up actions are completed
- Attend weekly meetings with clients to review performance, share insights, and gather service feedback
Skills Required
- Experience managing daily site operations and leading teams of 50+ workers
- Knowledge of and ability to ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Experience coordinating workforce scheduling to achieve full shift coverage and control labour costs
- Proven ability to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to meet SLAs
- Experience championing adoption and usage of a product platform with staff and clients
- Experience conducting performance reviews, providing coaching and supporting staff development
- Experience supervising rota processing, holiday bookings, and absence tracking
- Experience supporting onboarding, development, and engagement of frontline workers
- Ability to act as primary operational point of contact for client accounts
- Experience producing regular KPI reports and leading operational performance meetings
