We’re looking for a strategic and client-focused Account Manager to join our Digital Media team, with a focus on both Paid Search and Paid Social.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone stepping up from a Senior Executive role, or an established Account Manager looking to broaden their impact across strategy, client leadership and team development.
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of clients, defining cross-channel strategy, leading performance conversations, and identifying new growth opportunities. Alongside this, you’ll mentor and support junior team members while helping to shape innovative, best-in-class digital campaigns.
Key responsibilitiesLead strategy and performance across Paid Search & Paid Social accounts
Build strong client relationships and run insight-led meetings and presentations
Own forecasting, budget management and growth planning
Deliver testing roadmaps and continuous optimisation
Identify opportunities to expand scope and drive commercial growth
Collaborate with cross-channel teams to deliver integrated solutions
Line manage and mentor an Executive
Experience managing both Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns
Strong client servicing and communication skills
Confidence presenting performance insights and strategic recommendations
Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for innovation
