Role of an Account Manager:
- To build and maintain strong customer relationships at a local level and be a representative of Job&Talent
- Working as a part of the onsite team to deliver our onsite service to our client and become part of their operational team
- Supporting the onsite operations team with staffing levels, agency management and understanding their needs
- Forecasting a recruitment pipeline and supporting with onsite planning
- Supporting and managing agency colleagues' attendance levels, disciplinaries, and ad hoc duties
- Carrying out registration sessions in line with the site's recruitment plan
- To demonstrate full ownership of account management and site processes
As an Account Manager, you will need to have:
- A good standard of verbal and written English
- Good communication and organisational skills
- People management skills
- Flexible approach to shifts and working hours
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Sense of humour, social skills and an appetite for challenges and success will be an advantage!
