Role of an Account Manager:
- Understand client needs and work to ensure satisfaction, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
- The role will focus on maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure the accurate and timely submission of weekly payroll for all workers.
- Manage and resolve worker queries related to payroll, attendance, or general onsite issues.
- Set up and manage the fingerprint clock-in/out system for all new starters.
- Provide training and induction to new employees on how to use the fingerprint system
- Lead and manage the onsite team
As an Account Manager, you will need to have:
- Essential: Proven experience as an Onsite Account Manager, or similar role, with a strong understanding of managing client accounts and leading teams in an on-site environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build and maintain relationships with clients and workers.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to handle and resolve worker and client queries with a solution-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with fingerprint-based attendance systems is an advantage.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- High attention to detail, especially in data management and payroll.
- Able to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong time management and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
