Role of an Account Coordinator:
- Liaising with the onsite manager and working as part of the onsite team
- Attending recruitment meetings
- Carrying out registration sessions inline with the site’s recruitment plan
- Pre screening candidates for interview sessions
- Supporting with the weekly payroll submission
- Communicating rotas for the warehouse colleagues and booking shifts as required
As an Account Coordinator, you will need to have:
- Previous experience of working as a team leader, consultant, coordinator or resourcer is required
- A good standard of verbal and written English
- Good communication and organisational skills
- People management skills
- Flexible approach to shifts and working hours
- Ability of working independently and as a part of a team
- Sense of humor, social skills and appetite for challenges and success will be an advantage!
- Must be able to be flexible as the role would require weekend working - a set rota will be agreed upon interview
