We are looking for an Account Coordinator who will be in charge of the operational delivery success and growth of one of our Job&Talent Global Clients.

Role of an Account Coordinator:

  • Management and coordination of temporary workers to fulfil client requirements as well as volume requirements in line with the client deadlines
  • Being the point of contact for our client and working with the Account Manager to implement and drive an effective recruitment, validation, and induction plan
  • Providing a positive customer experience, dealing with any worker queries quickly and efficiently
  • Recruiting and inducting new candidates
  • Accurate payroll processing ensuring both candidate and client expectations are met
  • Holidays and Absences processing
  • Monitor on-site operations as assigned, to ensure performance standards are maintained by addressing performance and attendance issues and making recommendations for personnel action
  • Follow up on complaints and lead investigations as directed

As an Account Coordinator, you will need to have:

  • Previous recruitment experience 
  • The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and strong problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks
  • Problem-solving attitude makes effective decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Happy with the shift pattern of - Monday-Friday // 05:30-13:30 (3 weekend days per month)
