UK - Account Coordinator (Transport)

We are looking for an Account Coordinator who will be in charge of the operational delivery success and growth of one of our Job&Talent Clients.

Role of an Account Coordinator:

• Resourcing & recruitment to specific requirements
• Using tacho master software
• Manage driver availability & shift bookings
• Speaking daily with the resource team and pre planning for any uplift such as bank holidays, holiday cover, CPC training cover ect.
• Attend onsite meetings to discuss forecast
• Payroll
• Outside of peak periods to support the transport desk and multiple clients in resource and recruitment
• Keep KPI sheets & MI docs updated at all times.
• Part off on call weekend Rota - requires a lot of attention over the weekends
• Liaise with the Marketing team to post adverts
• Conduct pre screenings via telephone to candidates
• Conduct interviews
• Lead site visits
• Register candidates
• Post/manage adverts on social media and job boards

As an Account Coordinator, you will need to have:

• A valid driving licence to travel to meetings
• Previous experience in transport recruitment is desirable
• Previous expereince in the staffing industry is desirable
• Have experience working with people or admin roles
• Happy and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent at communicating
• Have excellent organisational and time management skills
• Have good attention to detail
• Positive can-do attitude
• Knowledge of right-to-work policies in the UK
