Role of an Account Associate

• Managing worker bookings daily in line with the clients requirements and adhering to parameters that are set
• Ensuring worker hours are recorded and inputted into the internal payroll system accurately
• Temporaries Management: Daily check ins, managing absence, return to work interviews, managing attendance & performance and conducting disciplinaries.
• Dealing with colleagues’ queries
• Good planning and organisation skills
• Ensuring compliance in all areas
• Ambition and determination to succeed
• Recruitment of new candidates, registration process and delivering inductions
• Travelling between two clients in Corby

As an Account Associate, you will need to have:

• Strong communication skills both written & verbal.
• The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and strong problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks
• Problem-solving attitude makes effective decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Driving licence
