The Opportunity

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the design of our highest profile products. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to craft user experiences that are intuitive, scalable, and built for speed. We move fast, experiment often, and push the boundaries of how technology can improve real-world services.

What You'll Do:

• Set the design strategy and maintain a scalable design framework across products.
• Lead user research, rapid prototyping, and user testing to validate ideas early and often.
• Design end-to-end experiences for web and mobile platforms that blend usability, performance, and brand consistency.
• Own the evolution of our design system and collaborate with engineering to bring it to life.
• Translate complex workflows into clean, simple, and elegant interfaces.
• Drive a continuous feedback loop, refining designs through insights, analytics, and iteration.
• Advocate for the user at every step while balancing business and technical constraints.
• Stay on the edge of UI/UX trends, tools, and emerging tech—and bring those innovations to the team.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience designing for software products in a high-paced, agile environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UX processes, B2B product work, and high-quality UI design.
• Mastery of modern design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, and design systems.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to align cross-functional teams around a design vision.
• Bonus: experience working with data-heavy or field-based applications.
