Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights into user needs and behaviors.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of design specifications and offer feedback during the development process.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and evolving project requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the overall user experience of our products.
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design or relevant field.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing is a plus.
- Excellent visual design skills with a good sense of typography, color, and layout.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- Portfolio showcasing your design process, wireframes, mockups, and final outcomes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, adapting to changing priorities.
