Job Description:
It's a contact-based job for 3 months in the UAE (Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise, and a passion for mentoring and training junior designers. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to create engaging and intuitive user experiences.
 

• Lead the design process from concept to completion for both web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and user interviews to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Design visually compelling interfaces that enhance user experience and align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals.
  Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to junior designers, helping them grow and improve their skills.
• Conduct design reviews and critique sessions to maintain high design standards.
• Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and presentations to share knowledge and best practices within the design team.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs and resolve any design-related issues.
• Communicate design concepts and specifications clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and practices within the organization.
  Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Continuously seek ways to improve and evolve the design process and deliverables.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain organized design documentation and assets for easy access and reference.
   

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of successful design projects.
• Proven experience in leading design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Passionate about design and user experience.
• Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to handle constructive feedback and work under pressure.
• UX Design: User research, usability testing, wireframing, prototyping UI Design, Visual design, typography, color theory, layout Design Tools: Figma and other prototyping tools.
