Job Description
The AmaliTech Training Programme is a comprehensive I.T./digital skills initiative that prepares participants for successful careers in the technology industry. Designed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and workplace skills.
The training includes a foundational curriculum that introduces participants to core design principles, user experience fundamentals, and proficiency in essential design tools. The advanced phase enhances these skills by exploring interaction design, motion design, and advanced prototyping techniques. Participants will gain the expertise needed to craft sophisticated, user-centred, and engaging digital experiences.
Programme Details
- Duration: 6 months (April 2025 – November 2025).
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Delivery mode: On-site (Kigali)
Post-Training Opportunities
Upon successful completion of the programme and the capstone project:
- Successful Candidates will be directly employed by AmaliTech in a rewarding long term career opportunity in the IT landscape.
Qualifications
Education:
- Final year university students /Graduates within Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, etc.
- Tech training programmes attended is a plus.

- Additional Requirements
- A portfolio demonstrating user interface and user experience design skills
- Good in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe X
- Demonstrable understanding of UX principles and methodologies
- Experience may include relevant online courses, boot camp certifications, or self-directed learning projects.
