Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mechanical solution design for new UID product developments and engineering changes to existing products.
- Facilitate the development of quality, reliability, and validation plans for new designs and design changes with cross-functional team (Lab, Sourcing, Quality, SQM, etc.) and supplier.
- Coordinate prototype builds with internal teams and suppliers, and drive continuous improvement based on results.
- Maintain product data in system platforms, including:
- Creating and managing PDM/VC configuration rules
- Developing and updating 3D models, 2D drawings, and related documentation.
- Handle technical aspects of quality feedback and implement corrective and preventive actions
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in mechanical design.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- Experience with Creo parametric design and PDM scripting is preferred
- Language: Fluent in both written and spoken English
