岗位职责：
1,负责公司网站、Web应用、移动端（iOS/Android）等产品的用户界面视觉设计工作;
2,创建并持续维护和优化产品的设计系统和视觉语言规范;
3,与产品经理紧密合作，深刻理解业务需求与目标，参与产品需求评审，并从视觉和用户体验角度提出建设性意见。与交互设计师（UX）协同工作，参与用户流程和信息架构的设计，从视觉层面优化用户体验。
岗位要求：
1,相关专业本科及以上学历，2年以上UI设计或相关工作经验，拥有成熟、出色的个人作品集；
2,软件技能： 熟悉 Figma，并熟练使用 Sketch、Adobe XD、Photoshop、Illustrator 等主流设计软件;
3,具备扎实的视觉设计功底，对布局、色彩、字体、动效有敏锐的洞察力和出色的审美能力;
